Dr Blake Moore

Dr Blake Moore is a registered Specialist Oral Surgeon providing surgical care for patients throughout the Nelson and Tasman regions.
Blake holds a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB), and a Doctor of Clinical Dentistry (DClinDent) in Oral Surgery — all from the University of Otago. His training includes over 15 years of dental, medical and specialist surgical training in hospitals across New Zealand and Australia.
His clinical focus includes:

- Simple and complex surgical tooth extractions
- Exposure of impacted teeth
- Apicectomy procedures
- Intraoral biopsies
Blakes’s approach combines comprehensive assessments using modern technological practices to ensure the best experience and outcomes for patients. He works out of his brand-new clinic rooms in Richmond and holds accreditation at both Southern Cross Nelson Private Hospital, and Tasman Day Surgery. Blake also works at Nelson Public Hospital.
